Your Responsibilities

During the 12-month trainee program, you will be thoroughly prepared to lead a BioMarket - your first leadership position.


As a store manager, you are a responsible team player, fully involved in daily operations, close to customers and products.

You live and breathe organic, bring your own ideas and drive your BioMarket forward.

12-month trainee program

  • 4 months as deputy manager
  • 4 months as first manager
  • 4 months training as store manager
Your Qualifications

  • You have completed a vocational training as a retail merchant or a comparable commercial training with success.
  • You have at least two years of relevant work experience, ideally in retail.
  • You are committed, ready to take on responsibility and have a strong team spirit.
  • You are open to new ideas and eager to learn more about organic and natural products.
  • You are a goaloriented person and ready to take on leadership.
