Darmstadt.

This is how you can develop yourself every day:

  • In close coordination with the departments, you create the technical and personal requirements profiles and use an IT-based tool
  • You take over the entire recruitment process, from creating creative and excellent job advertisements to selecting suitable job portals
  • You are familiar with search channels such as Xing & LinkedIn and use them skillfully to make contact
  • You independently handle communication with candidates
  • You take care of maintaining the existing candidate network independently

This is a given for you:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
  • Extensive experience in active sourcing through various channels
  • Experience in maintaining an internal database and knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • You are familiar with various social media platforms and can use them confidently and with interest for candidate search and contact
