    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Dynamic, rapidly growing, customer focused company needs your hands-on sales and marketing experience (preferably within the construction industry), to aid to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth and market penetration.

    Our ideal candidate will possess a sales and marketing background within the construction industry or a related field, and will be responsible for identifying new leads, developing relationships with potential customers, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.     Essential Responsibilities:

    Develop and oversee the implementation of sales and marketing strategies that support revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer retention.

    Prospect for new customers by cold calling, attending networking events, and leveraging existing relationships.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, to establish the organization as a trusted advisor and preferred provider of all project management services offered by the organization.

    Develop effective sales collateral, website content, and other marketing communication that clearly communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages of the organization's services.

    Conduct presentations and informational meetings with clients to explain the benefits of services and offer customized solutions.

    Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are scoped, delivered, and managed to meet customer expectation and contractual obligations.

    Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to ensure that organization remains competitive and responsive to customer requirements.

    Essential Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

    At least Five to Seven (5-7) years of experience in sales/business development/ marketing within the construction/engineering field with a proven record of delivering revenue growth and market share expansion.

    Strong strategic planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills

    Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

    Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.

    Knowledge of project management principles and practices within the construction/engineering field.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.

    This position may require some travel, a valid driver's license, and are reliable means of transportation.

    The selected candidate must pass a background check.
