We are still growing, which is why we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Bavaria (m/f/d) who will be responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the sales team in the Southeast region (postal codes 90-97, 82-87, 89) and also dealing with strategic issues.

Your responsibilities:

Management of the sales team in Southeast Germany (7 inside and 6 outside sales employees, 1 project manager) as well as support in acquiring projects and customers
Strategic and sustainable expansion of business in this region
Commercial management of the Moosburg branch
Full responsibility for sales and results for our customers in the Bavarian market
Expansion and promotion of longterm, trusting, and sustainable customer relationships
