- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with day-to-day operations including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for executives or other team members.
- Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including setup, catering, and logistics.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, administrative support specialist, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
