We take pride in providing exceptional American fare made from the freshest ingredients, with a menu that changes seasonally.

    Role Description

    This is a part-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at THE ELM in La Grange, IL. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, hiring and training staff, and effective communication with both customers and team members.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in managing customer satisfaction and providing outstanding customer service
    • Strong hiring and team-building skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of food and beverage industry
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
