We are currently looking for a

Deputy Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) full-time

Your responsibilities

  • Leading a young team (approx. 15 PAX) together with the restaurant manager
  • Responsibility and organization of training in restaurant and hotel management
  • Scheduling and planning of shifts, vacations, and team training
  • Managing all aspects of the restaurant (station assignments, menu maintenance, etc.)
  • Assisting with sales and providing advice on food and beverage selection
  • Assisting with food and beverage service (including wine service and filleting whole fish)
  • Handling station settlements and cashing out
  • Organizing orders, receiving and checking deliveries
  • Taking reservations and responding to inquiries, organizing regular and VIP guests in the restaurant
  • Independently organizing and overseeing banquets and events
  • Providing a personal touch and "wow" factor to every occasion and guest interaction
  • Other management tasks as detailed in the job description
