Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for ensuring a smooth operation in the restaurant
You plan and organize events
Point of contact for guests and colleagues
Weekly menu planning and scheduling
Receiving, checking, and proper storage of goods
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP guidelines)

Your qualifications:

You have completed training as a restaurant specialist (m/f/d), hotel specialist (m/f/d), or have gained experience in the gastronomy industry
Passion for providing excellent service and delighting guests
You enjoy challenges and have a passion for your profession
You work well in a team and value reliability
