To strengthen our team at our location in Düsseldorf, we are currently seeking a part-time

HR Administrator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing measures to attract new employees
  • Workforce planning
  • Conducting applicant interviews and managing the recruitment process
  • Independently managing and maintaining applicant administration
  • Organizing training measures
  • Representing the company at job fairs and exhibitions
  • General administrative tasks in the HR department

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, several years of experience in HR
  • Flexible, thorough, structured, and independent work style
  • High level of initiative and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
