    ROLE SUMMARY

    We are seeking a passionate, creative, and hard-working individual to lead our brand marketing team. The Senior Brand Manager for Grizzly plays a crucial role in ensuring that the brand's vision and business objectives are achieved.

    This role will involve overseeing a specific segment of the Grizzly brand, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing the brand's presence and reputation among consumers.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, increasing consumer engagement, and collaborating with various teams to meet sales targets.

    Reporting to the Senior Director Brand Marketing, this position requires working closely with internal teams such as Digital Marketing, Finance, Trade Marketing, and External Relations.



    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies
    • Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives
    • Contribute to brand equity programs and creative initiatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand goals
    • Lead product launches and performance measurement
    • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with regulations

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication abilities

    ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES
    • MBA or previous experience in CPG marketing
    • Knowledge of pricing strategies
    • Sales and distribution experience
    • Strong design acumen
