    WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

    • Partner with the Senior Manager Brand Marketing SNUS to build and complete a strategy to bring the SNUS brand ambition to life
    • Support efforts to strengthen SNUS's commercial programs together with Senior Manager Brand Marketing SNUS
    • Triangulate Consumer, Commercial and Macro market understanding to build highly effective programs and initiatives
    • Understand consumer behaviours and brand positioning to build a highly engaging digital eco system for Oral Brands
    • Influence cross functionally to drive SNUS agenda through Trade, Digital and Activation teams
    • Leverage data and insights to build effective brand narratives that create strong understanding and trust in SNUS's digital, commercial and consumer strategy
    • Strong leader to build empowered and hard-working team environment
    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 3 + years relevant marketing experience
    • Proven expertise in marketing management fundamentals
    • Organizational skills to plan and prioritize team workload, and to oversee application of workflow, and procedures
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Discretion and problem-solving skills needed to analyse consumer trends and information

    BENEFICIAL

    • Graduate Degree (MBA)
    • Experience in sales/trade/distribution preferred
    • Strong brand and design acumen a plus

    Benefit Information
    The following is a general summary of the competitive compensation and benefit plans we offer:

    • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
    • Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
