This is a near-ground-floor opportunity supporting one of the fastest-growing fast oil change chains in the United States.

We've gone from 40 locations a few years ago to over 200 now, and expect to reach 1000 in the next 10 years.

Growth=opportunity. Our highly skilled but small marketing team will continue to grow as we add more locations. Prove yourself in this role and you could advance to a Marketing Manager and beyond.

As long as you're a strong communicator with proven skills in managing multiple, task-heavy projects simultaneously, we'll train you in areas where you may have gaps , such as marketing, franchising and/or the oil change business.

To be a good fit for the Marketing Project Manager opportunity, you will have:2+ years of professional experience in business, project management, marketing or similar.

Outstanding organizational, project management and process improvement skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously balancing multiple projects, each requiring a multitude of tasks
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills; responsiveness and attention to detail
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Communications or a related field is highly preferred
A background in marketing is preferred
Experience working for or servicing a franchise-owned business is a plus
The Job

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will support the marketing efforts for an assigned portfolio of stores, including corporate and franchise locations.

You will work one-on-one with franchise partners, developing marketing tactics to support business growth. This is a fast-paced role requiring outstanding organization and time management skills. While the workflow will change with demand, you will always be busy.

You may handle 4-5 grand openings with 20+ to-dos for each while also working on conversions, local initiatives, and more.

You will be involved in the marketing strategy development, measurement and analytics.
