    Description

    We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting Manager for a crucial position with one of our prominent clients. The ideal candidate will seamlessly fit the outlined responsibilities and qualifications specified beneath.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise all facets of the accounting department, spanning accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintenance of precise financial statements
    • Establish and uphold internal controls to protect company assets
    • Create and assess financial reports, encompassing monthly and yearly financial statements
    • Oversse the budgeting and forecasting procedures to achieve financial objectives
    • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for adherence to financial reporting norms
    • Offer guidance and supervision to the accounting team, furnishing them with essential resources and training
    • Spot opportunities for process enhancements and enact changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
    • Stay abreast of accounting standards and regulations to guarantee company compliance with relevant laws and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
    • Preferential consideration for CPA certification
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
    • Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting prerequisites
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software applications
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving competencies
    • Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting crucial deadlines
    • Demonstrates robust leadership and managerial proficiencies
