    Job Title: Accounting Manager - CARE MANAGER



    Job Type: Full-time


    Company: Case Western Reserve University


    Location: Main Campus


    Pay Rate: $49,000

    Job Summary: Kelly recently partnered with CWRU for an Accounting Manager. As an Accounting Manager - CARE MANAGER, you will be in charge of overseeing all aspects of the Customer Care team operations, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service while mitigating risks.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily customer service resolution of Purchasing and Accounts Payable issues.
    • Serve as a leader and proactive liaison to internal and external customers on University Business Policies.
    • Maintain expert knowledge of general Purchasing and Accounts Payable policies.
    • Utilize databases and systems to investigate and resolve complex challenges regarding orders, invoices, payment requests, etc.
    • Supervise the customer care team, hire and train employees, make recommendations for service enhancement.
    • Develop departmental policies and procedures, analyze financial management information, manage vendors, prepare reports, and perform administrative duties.
    • Serve as backup for coordination and process Pcard applications, maintain confidential information.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Strong Excel skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Prior experience in journaling, Pcard, and customer service
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Detailed-oriented with financial management knowledge, proficiency in various systems, and familiarity with regulations.
