    This position will collaborate with our Financial Solutions accountants to ensure our government clients receive a top notch experience in the following three areas:
    Client GrowthClient ServiceClient SuccessThe Abdo Financial Solutions team provides project resources for Government and non-profit entities.

    Our team strives to deliver high quality client services with a focus on helping to improve accounting and finance operations.

    Key responsibilities include:


    Client GrowthEnsure accountability for client prospects, leads, and referralsInteract with potential clients to understand their needs and valuesEffectively communicate how our firm can meet the identified client needsEnsure a commitment to a successful onboarding process for new clientsClient ServiceSchedule and facilitate client kickoff and delivery meetingsEnsure adherence to committed timelinesProvide regular and transparent communication to clientsClient SuccessSchedule and facilitate after-action reviews to gather feedback and insightsDevelop and implement client service plans to enhance overall satisfactionMonitor client satisfaction and express client appreciationIdeal Client Service Specialist candidate has:Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience1+ years office experience in a local government environmentClient service experience in a professional services environment preferredProject management experience preferredEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to listen and understand understand the need, critically think through problems/feedback, and recommend improvements to achieve client successHigh comfort level with technology and computer programs, including: Microsoft Office, Power Point & Adobe PDFAttracting, developing, and retaining the best employees are our highest priorities at Abdo.
