    Description
    Soni is partnering with a retail brand seeking a

    Project Manager

    to drive their HRIS migration.

    The HRIS Project Manager will oversee and manage various HRIS-related projects from initiation to completion.


    Responsibilities:
    Liaise with vendors and stakeholders in the review, testing and implementation of an HRIS/HCM system

    Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

    Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives

    Conduct data analysis to assess project feasibility, risks, and opportunities

    Utilize earned value management techniques to monitor project progress and performance

    Manage IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations

    Lead project implementation by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress

    Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues or challenges and implement corrective actions

    Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project execution

    Oversee process management activities to optimize project workflows and efficiency

    Responsible for HRIS/HCM processes while supporting different departments in setting up parameters and audit trails

    Create and execute RFP's when appropriate to vet new brokers, vendors and consultants

    Document and map out system changes and procedures identifying responsible individuals

    Maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.


    Requirements:
    Experience implementing HRIS system

    Project Management experience


    Preferred Skills:
    Experience using UKG


    Compensation:
    $50-$60/ Hour

    Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
