**Position Summary** :
The Customer Support Specialist at Callie's Hot Little Biscuit responds to customers with complaints and questions, gives customers information about products, take orders, and process refunds. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Operations.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities** :
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels such as email and our online chat platforms.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders.
Handling all shipping inquiries with FedEx, UPS and our fulfillment center Healthy Goodness.
Work closely with the shipping team to ensure orders are being packed and delivered on time.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - maintain the Customer Service complaint log on a monthly basis.
Communicating and coordinating with the marketing team as necessary.
Work closely with Hot Little Biscuit Customer Service team to ensure all complaints are handled.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Provide administrative support to Director of Operations.
Ordering basic office supplies for the various teams.
Point of Contact for 1362 McMillan Ave office for any maintenance issues.
Assist production such as shipping/packing as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge as well as the ability to learn voice over IP (VOIP)
Impeccable attention to detail
Creative approach to problem solving
Friendly demeanor
**Work Environment & Physical Demands**
Normal Office Environment
Must enjoy a fast-paced environment
Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
Moderate level of sitting for the customer service role
