- Booking new issuance details in Treasury's long term debt reporting system (BASIS)
- Reviewing and approving economic terms of proposed structured note issuances
- Monitoring the team's mailboxes to respond promptly to requests to approve transactions or transaction-related documentation
- Preparing or coordinating documentation in connection with various GF activities (e.g. issuer call notices, signatures for issuance, etc.)
- Preparing analysis on structured note portfolio as required for funding analysis
- Actively participate in Operational Excellence initiatives focused on simplifying, streamlining, and automating processes
- Completing ad-hoc projects as requested
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of relevant experience within a financial institution
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel
- Effectively work with others/business partnering
- Ability to surface and resolve issues with diplomacy
- Intellectual curiosity
- Strong problem solving skills
- Team player, takes initiative, self-starter
- Analytical abilities / financial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of coding (VBA, SQL, etc.)
- Experience with Long-Term Debt and Structured Notes
- Comfort working with financial products
