- Responsible for providing dedicated support to the bank's clients in a challenging and fast paced environment
- Ensuring sustained proficiency and accuracy for all tasks
- Responsible for the investigation and resolution of exceptions for FX and OTC transactions as well as post trade settlement investigation
- Communication by phone and email is required while providing exceptional customer service to both client and internal service partners
- Timely settlement of FX and OTC transactions
- Break and case management for post settlement investigations
- Self-motivated individual who is an active and collaborative team member
- Continuous learner with the desire to succeed
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload through fluctuating volume periods
- Ability to multi task whilst managing competing priorities and deliveries

- Experience working in a financial institution in an Operations environment supporting institutionally traded financial products is desirable but not required
