Job Description- Job Title: System Analyst - Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) - Client: LPL - Job Type: Contract based - Responsibilities: Collaborate with multiple teams, coordinate product development, identify dependent tools/processes, work with software engineers, perform data analysis, analyze test results, document business and data flow, demo product to partners, and work in Agile/Scrum environment

• Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar, 8+ years of experience in system analyst role specific to financial industries, 6+ years of leadership experience, RDBMS skills, understanding of distributed systems and API based system architectures

• Core Competencies:

Organized, creative, motivated, influential, strategic, quick learner, self-starter, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must understand and implement CI/CD/Dev Ops practices and lean methodologies.
