Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Trading Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Booking new issuance details in Treasury's long term debt reporting system (BASIS)Reviewing and approving economic terms of proposed structured note issuancesMonitoring the team's mailboxes to respond promptly to requests to approve transactions or transaction-related documentationPreparing or coordinating documentation in connection with various GF activities (e.g.
issuer call notices, signatures for issuance, etc.)Preparing analysis on structured note portfolio as required for funding analysisActively participate in Operational Excellence initiatives focused on simplifying, streamlining, and automating processesCompleting ad-hoc projects as requestedRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2 years of relevant experience within a financial institutionExcellent attention to detailProficiency with ExcelEffectively work with others/business partneringAbility to surface and resolve issues with diplomacyIntellectual curiosityStrong problem solving skillsTeam player, takes initiative, self-starterAnalytical abilities / financial acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of coding (VBA, SQL, etc.)Experience with Long-Term Debt and Structured NotesComfort working with financial products2 years of relevant experience within a financial institution
