- Experience in prison work, homelessness ministry, and/or addictions a plus

- Oversee all operational aspects of the Women's Aftercare Program.
- Supervise Women's Aftercare staff and manage program resources.
- Oversee administrative actions related to the daily operation of the Women's Aftercare Program (purchase orders, record keeping, monthly reports, log sheets, maintenance requests, drug screens, house meetings, evening activities, parole classes, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate Women's Aftercare staff and volunteers to meet program requirements and needs.
- Review, evaluate, revise and update procedures and policies related to the Women's Aftercare Program.
- Report significant incidents or events.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., store staff) or outside agencies (e.g., county probation, state parole, counseling centers, churches, community ministries, etc.) in support of Jubilee Women's Aftercare goals, activities, and actions.
- Act as "Emergency" Women's Aftercare On-Call person.
- Promote Jubilee Aftercare in churches, community organizations, and/or at public events.
- Be part of staff meetings and team building.
- Other duties as assigned.

We exist to serve those affected by incarceration by being ambassadors of life change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Purpose: To oversee all aspects of the Jubilee Women's Aftercare Program.
