Position Objective
Responsible for the success of the Custom Fabrication/Design Account Management team with emphasis on resourcing, budgeting, sales forecasting, and professional development.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and assign resources with the goal of providing a balanced workload for the team.
- Communicate monthly sales planning, goals, and results, as well as upcoming events, safety topics, and special assignments. Includes analyzing revenue and forecast goals, tracking team and individual performance.
- Manage direct reports and their activities. This includes overall performance management; training and development; analyzing and resolving work problems.
- Leverage sales expertise to be an advisor to the team for client management, sales projections, business development, and contract negotiation.
- Oversee the hiring and orienting of new Custom Fabrication/Design Account Management team members.
- Lead team to achieve goals; promote and demonstrate effective communication and positive culture, etc.
- Maintain and build upon team tools and resources, like the production budget template, working closely with Tech Design and Operations Leadership.
- Partner with Tech Design and Operations to support project definition and quoting for custom fabrication and design projects.
- Establish team goals to meet or exceed sales expectations and develop a strategy for process improvement.
- Be a positive role model to all employees who is proactive towards challenges, while living ATOMICs core values.
- Participate in the yearly budgeting process with Management. Support in monitoring the department spend with Management.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing appropriate standards and procedures and complying with those established by the Safety Committee.
Organizational Relationships
The Program Manager, Custom Fabrication/Design Account Management reports to the VP, Operations - Account Management & Technical Design and leads a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.

Credentials and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre, Arts Administration, Scenic Design, Production Management or related field with 5 years experience OR 10 years work related experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or Account Manager
- Minimum of 2years' experience leading a team and in a direct leadership role
- Minimum of 1year of experience leading process management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales.
- Exposure to change management practices.
- Maintain a valid passport.
Physical Requirements
Those necessary for general office work.
Work Environment
- Primarily office environment, with warehouse environment at times.
- Travel with work outdoors or inside event venues.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the year, both domestically and internationally.
Pay:
Up to $100,000.00 per year
