    Responsibilities


    The Marketing Campaign Manager will implement cross-channel initiatives to increase demand and customer lead generation and manage the marketing campaign team.

    This role's primary accountability is to drive the execution of demand generation campaigns using both marketing and sales channels by designing campaigns based on target audiences, relevant content connecting critical business issues, and lead information to develop automated sales cadences into key markets.

    This role facilitates and drives a sales, marketing, and product specialists in a cross-functional team that develops go-to-market outbound sales campaigns.

    In this role you will function as the marketing (Active Campaign) and sales automation (Sales Loft), and ZoomInfo (Lead Service) administrator; serving as our subject matter expert to ensure full optimization and use of the platform.

    Maintain, develop, and oversee nurture campaigns to increase engagement throughout the buyer's journey.
    Report and develop Marketing KPIs and insights for improvement.
    Increase the number of inbound leads because of the sales and marketing channel nurturing and campaigns.

    Create reports for the Marketing and Sales teams with observations and action items that can influence and accelerate the purchase velocity and the quality of lead contact information.

    Maintain and optimize the lead scoring model, making meaningful updates to rules for demographic/behavior scoring.
    Monitor the process for qualifying, relaying, and assigning leads to the Sales department.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
    Short-term key performance indicators will be:

    Learn and begin working with the campaign team to orientate to the tools and process GSC uses
    Provide critical feedback to the process and introduce new ideas to improve the process and use of technology
    Increasing our insight into digital engagement (how customers and prospects are engaging with emails, Newsletters, request forms on our website, gated content, etc.)

    Long-term key performance indicators will be:
    Develop lead metrics and reports that communicate lead distribution in markets and verticals
    Provide reporting by geo and conversion through the engagement funnel
    Use reporting, employee, and customer feedback to develop initiatives to increase throughput and conversion metrics for outbound marketing

    KEY RELATIONSHIPS
    Marketing Team
    Oversees the daily/weekly workflow of lead-generation and campaign-related marketing efforts (in particular, any initiatives that involve multiple tactics, channels and/or team members)

    Sets project deadlines and creates schedules/project plans for complex/long-term efforts

    Checks status and manages projects to deadline

    Assists with prioritization, resource allocation, and alternate approaches as needed
    Campaign Coordinator and Sales Manager

    Supports the integration of marketing automation tools/process with sales tools/processes to ensure that the BDM team has optimal leads and information and support our overall sales success

    Experience with ZoomInfo (company and contact data service), Sales and Marketing Automation Tools. Examples, Sales Force, Sales Loft, Hubspot, Active Campaign, and others

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
    At least 3 years of Marketing or Digital Sales Experience
    Campaign marketing experience required
    Goal-driven and results-oriented
    Previous management experience/training, including individual coaching and team development
