90% of our business is focused on Amazon, but our recent growth has been serving clients with their off-Amazon marketing strategies including paid advertising and social media.


The Digital Marketing Manager would have a large part in leading the growth on our off-Amazon services.

Social Media:


  • Develop and help implement monthly and quarterly social media marketing plans supporting clients' overall goals.
  • Develop organic and paid social media content strategies for a range of clients.
  • Create content calendars for the agency and clients.
  • Manage post scheduling through Hootsuite and/or similar platform
  • Lead content creation team (graphic design, videography, photography, and copy) for both organic and paid social efforts to ensure alignment with client brands and creative campaigns.
  • Act as Community Manager for multiple clients' social accounts, with support from the Social Media Coordinator.
  • Continuously conduct online research into related industry and competitor activity.
  • Strategically optimize social accounts to increase the visibility of social content.
  • Analyze social data and metrics to continually refine and improve clients' social strategy.
  • Develop new ideas for social media promotions and engagement tactics.
  • Manage all social media and paid advertising RFPs and client presentations.
  • Proactively seek social media opportunities for new and existing clients.
  • Research emerging social media trends, tools, and changes.

Paid Advertising:


  • Coach and uptrain a team of two Advertising Specialists that have exclusive experience working on Amazon, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to foster professional growth and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various paid social platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Understand the different parts of the advertising funnel and what type of content is most suitable for each. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, assigning and achieving relevant KPIs for each campaign objective (ROAS, CPM, CTR, CVR)

  • Develop methods for tracking and optimizing campaign performance and for preparing adhoc reports.
  • Manage client relationships and weekly insight and planning meetings.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different advertising channels to maximize ROI.
  • Understand attribution and thoroughly analyze the different touch points with the correct context to drive maximum efficiency for each channel in our advertising ecosystem.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance, landing pages, and other elements of the campaigns.
  • Lead experimentation: owning the development, execution, learnings, and next steps for the paid ads testing roadmap.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of paid advertising campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and effective ad copy that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand messaging. Report on creative insights to help refine the creative testing roadmap.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective. Recommend new channels to test.
  • Lead and implement creative + copy ad refreshes, utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy.
  • Analyze performance and continuously improve to increase the desired goal of each campaign

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hootsuite.
  • Creative thinking and ability to adapt to evolve to marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present findings to leadership team and clients.
