    Job Description

    The role of Client Relations and Operations Associate serves as the main contact each day between the firm and the client. The role requires a very high level of attention to detail, organization, professional and effective communication, and an ability to multi-task. The right candidate must be self-motivated and highly driven as well as able to work in a fast-paced environment. A professional and courteous manner and positive attitude is required at all times for the role along with the ability to interact with all clients and colleagues with strong interpersonal skills. The job tasks include executing all client operations request such as money movements, account opening, account transfers, account closings, regular contributions/distributions, wire transfers, completing insurance applications, and completing alternative investment subscriptions.

    KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES

    Ø Ensuring timely response to all client requests and inquiries

    Ø Providing statements to clients, CPAs, attorneys, and other trusted advisors

    Ø Identifying opportunities to improve systems and procedures

    Ø Assisting in new household onboarding

    Ø Maintaining all written processes and procedures for the firm

    Ø Maintaining client data in the firm CRM system

    Ø Scheduling client appointments and calls

    Ø Setting up Zoom meetings for the advisors with various clients and colleagues

    Ø Opening and closing accounts, transferring accounts, and executing rollovers

    Ø Handle all money movement requests such as wire transfers, ACH, checks issue and deposit, and all standing instructions

    Ø Maintain compliance blotters of checks, securities, gifts, correspondence, etc

    Ø Complete all insurance applications for life and annuity policies

    Ø Complete all subscription agreements for alternative investments

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Bachelor's degree

    · 1+ relevant experience

    · Experience with Charles Schwab, Redtail, Slack, MS Office, Nitrogen, etc

    · Proficiency in IRS rules and the overall investment industry
