- Collaboratively work with Account Managers, Presales Account Executives, ISAs/FSAs, Partners, BlueStar ISAs/FSAs, and all stakeholders to identify and facilitate pipeline and Digital Signage opportunities.
- Provide internal stakeholders and BlueStar weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting and visibility activity by keeping a current pipeline using forecasting tools. Attend Better Together events in the surrounding area supporting BlueStar and PPM Digital Signage/Visual Solutions partnerships
- Work with sales management to identify specific behaviors, knowledge, and skill areas for focus and evaluation for the development of the general Account Manager audience.
- Present logical and well-organized arguments, data, and concrete business examples.
- Clearly explain relevant facts, effectively distinguish product offerings from competitors, offer product configuration/pricing/program assistance, and present a well-prepared, compelling case to the customer to purchase Digital Signage/Visual solutions.
- Attain quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Conduct high-level conversations and training presentations.
- Consistently build and deliver on account and opportunity pipeline.
- Drive sales and profitability for the BlueStar-specific product lines.
- Follow up on and qualify leads.
- Generate new business opportunities to grow the pipeline.
- Identify key decision-makers and manage the sales process.
- Increase rapid acceptance of the Product line through Developing a thorough understanding of the portfolio, defining and articulating a strategy and solution by customer or vertical, and partnering with other teams to align horizontal solutions with key accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of related work experience in a technical solutions-focused role, including experience in presales engineering and/or sales in a Systems Integrator, OEM, or similar environment.
- 2 years of experience in pre-sales within PPM and/or a sales environment.
- 2 years of experience with Video/AV/Digital Signage, OEM, or VAR-based partner management.
