Work Schedule:


This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:


How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and trade shows, including logístical coordination and attendee communication
  • Oversee onsite (Chicagobased) requests and projects including but not limited to swag store management, customer visit planning & signage, printing, and ordering
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating with vendors and partners
  • Manage ad hoc requests for marketing support from the HR team
  • Work with external vendors and agencies for marketing collateral production, including print materials, promotional items, and digital assets
  • Maintain company intranet, identifying areas of optimization and most effective usage
  • Support project management with Wrike software for marketing campaigns and projects

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
