- Position: Outside Sales Representative
- Location: Austin, TX & Hutto, TX (2 locations)
- Job Type: Full Time
- Salary Range: Dependent on experience
- Possess in-depth knowledge of concrete products and their applications
- Provide product specifications to customers
- Answer technical questions about construction materials
- Create quotes for supplies and equipment
- Devise sales strategies to attract and retain customers
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer account management
- Make outbound sales calls when needed
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of Sales
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience with BisTrack and Point of Rental systems a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn about products daily
- Effective time management
- Problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Understanding of the sales cycle
- Ability to work well with different teams
