WE DO STORM RESTORATION VIA INSURANCE CLAIMS (WIND/HAIL/WATER DAMAGE)

YOU WILL BE PAID 6% OF THE ESTIMATE WITH THE ABILITY TO BONUS AND INCREASE YOUR PER JOB PERCENTAGE UP TO 12%

BASE ALLOWANCE IS 250/WEEK WITH 2 SIGNED CONTRACTS

Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and acquire new clients, including apartment complexes, commercial properties, and other businesses to generate leads and secure new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of roofing projects.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Represent 10/10 Construction with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with the roofing and construction industry is a plus but not required.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation and Benefits:

Sell the job and move on
No ordering material/project managing/scheduling
500/week with 2 signed contracts (contract will be verified)
1000/week with 4 signed contracts (contract will be verified)
3% additional pay based off the approved work
Flexible schedule
Door knocking is highly encouraged
Leads are earned
Networking with real estates agents/home builders/insurance agents/homeowners referrals
