The
Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling loupes and light systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goal.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts.
- Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales.
- Deliver product presentations, and demonstrations, and provide postsale technical support to healthcare clinicians.
- Identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory.
- Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided.
- Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing new ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Attend dental trade shows and academia events to promote and sell products.
- Travels domestically (ground/air) up to 50%.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of successful B2B or B2C work experience required.
- Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 40% including overnight stays
- Dental, medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred.
- Ability to learn business systems (i.e. CRM software and other sales tools)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
