- Responsible for the receipt, data entry, processing, and responding of high-volume Subpoenas and HIPAA Authorizations for employment-related and medical records regarding New York City Transit employees.
- Hand delivers or arranges for the delivery of essential records to the various court clerks throughout the city.
- Prepares invoices for photocopies of requested records while verifying and collecting the fees charged.
- Prepares routine memos, correspondence, confidential and sensitive documents in response to legal request from the Assistant District Attorney's offices and all other Legal Government Agency.
- Maintains files and keeps track of important personnel documents.
- Performs all other clerical and administrative tasks as requested by the manager.

Associate Staff Analyst1. College education may be substituted for professional experience at the rate of 30 semester credits from an accredited college or university for one year of experience.
