Job DescriptionJob Title: Client Success Manager
As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, providing consultation and guidance, and coordinating various activities to support their needs. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who is capable of building and implementing effective systems to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Communication and Consultation:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Conduct consultations to assess client requirements, provide expert guidance, and recommend solutions tailored to their specific objectives.
2. **CRM Experience:**
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records of communication and engagement.
- Leverage CRM data to analyze client trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and personalize client experiences.
3. **Coordinating Client Shoots:**
- Collaborate with the video and graphic design team to coordinate client shoots, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for a seamless and successful production process.
- Communicate with clients to schedule shoots, gather requirements, and facilitate any additional logistical needs.
4. **Coordinate Client Zoom Meetings:**
- Organize and schedule Zoom meetings with clients, team members, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas, distribute relevant materials, and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective collaboration.
5. **Self-Starter and System Building:**
- Take initiative to identify areas for process improvement and develop efficient systems from scratch if necessary.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance the client experience and streamline internal workflows to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
6. **Guiding Business Owners through Coaching Program:**
- Provide guidance and support to both new and experienced business owners participating in our 12-month coaching program.
- Facilitate program onboarding, deliver orientation sessions, and offer ongoing assistance to ensure clients derive maximum value from their investment.
7. **Timely Delivery of Assets:**
- Work closely with the video and graphic design team to coordinate the delivery of assets to clients within established timelines.
- Prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a customer success or account management capacity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset with a track record of building and optimizing processes.
- Experience in coordinating video shoots or working with creative teams is a plus.
- Passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
