    Equinox is currently looking for Membership Advisors in Chicago.

    Membership Advisors play a key role in achieving or exceeding sales targets, renewals, and service goals by planning ahead each month through strategic outreach, generating leads in the club, and obtaining member referrals. Working under the guidance of a General Manager, with support from a Regional Manager and a small sales team, Advisors must be familiar with and actively engage in all club services, programs, and products. Most importantly, Advisors must be able to establish connections and maintain relationships with potential and existing members to foster a strong referral network and member retention.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sell club memberships
    • Seek out new business and clients
    • Organize events and workshops to generate leads in the club
    • Achieve or surpass individual sales, renewal, and service targets
    • Engage in pre-planning activities each month, including strategic outreach for obtaining member referrals
    • Establish connections and maintain relationships with potential and current members
    • Demonstrate knowledge of and involvement in all club services, programs, and products, under the supervision of a General Manager and with support from a Regional Sales Manager and the sales team

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Prior sales experience is preferred
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Ability to perform under a commission-based salary structure
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor
    • Personal interest in health and fitness
    • Enjoy collaborating with a team
    • Strong time management skills
    • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
