Description

As a an Automotive Service Advisor at Surus Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our vehicle fleet while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will revolve around managing the maintenance and service needs of the company's vehicles, optimizing fleet utilization, and providing essential support to drivers and internal/external customers.

Responsibilities:
Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
ordering car parts and picking them up
Overseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflow
Prepare paperwork for titles
Start the search for new equipment (drill rig, bobcats etc.)
Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

Responsible for the organization and productivity of the service business through work order and register transactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and service and replacement part knowledge.

Provide Customer Care standards to meet their expectations.
Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs
Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates
Provide exceptional and timely communication-keeping customers updated throughout the process
Communicate frequently with Mechanic and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers
Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotion
Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.

Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.

Provides sales management information by completing reports.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications:
Experience as a service advisor
Experience with car part knowledge
Customer Service experience
Valid Driver's License
Team Player
