- Implements and annually updates compensation program; updates job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises, as necessary.
- Compile and write visa and immigration reports/documents, manage visa expiration dates for all foreign nationals and files cases in a timely manner and provide updates on the visa process as necessary.
- Ability to work closely with international counterparts to limit workplace issues due to the multicultural nature of our business.

Summary
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, pay administration, benefits, leaves of absence, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
•Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
•Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of misconduct, disciplinary and terminations meetings.
•Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
•Responsible for Paylocity payroll processing bi-weekly including compiling, verifying calculations and reports for accuracy as well as all related record keeping.
•Develops and communicates changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensures proper compliance is followed.
•Leads company's compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Department of Labor, workers' compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
•Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
•Oversee the annual benefits open enrollments, including preparing and distributing of materials to employees.
•Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
•5-7 years' experience in manufacturing or distribution environment required.
•Prior payroll management experience highly desired.
•Safety Committee Experience is preferred (2-3 years).
•Proficient with MS Office Suite or similar software.
•SHRM-CP or similar certification highly desired.
