Already known for its superior engineering and manufacturing systems, Zhejiang Yinlun instills even greater capabilities to the US operation. We are a group of highly motivated professionals who are focusing on providing heat exchangers, modules, systems that meet the ever-increasing demands from our customers, still dedicated to protecting the environment.

    Headquartered in Ontario, California, Yinlun TDI, LLC maintains sales and engineering facilities in Michigan, Illinois, and North Carolina. With the supports from our parent company, we are poised to attain significant growth in conventional heat exchangers, in Hybrid, EV, and autonomous driving sectors.

    YINLUN TDI, LLC is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 certified company manufacturing heat exchanging, cooling, and exhaust after-treatment products for the automotive, heavy truck, bus, and military markets.

    In addition, we have several joint venture manufacturing operations overseas in China. We are currently recruiting for a position at our Ontario, California location(s) for a qualified Human Resources Manager.

    Job Title: Human Resources Manager

    Reports To: CEO

    Location: Houston, Texas

    Summary

    The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, pay administration, benefits, leaves of absence, and enforcing company policies and practices.

    Responsibilities:

    •Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

    •Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of misconduct, disciplinary and terminations meetings.

    •Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

    •Responsible for Paylocity payroll processing bi-weekly including compiling, verifying calculations and reports for accuracy as well as all related record keeping.

    •Develops and communicates changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensures proper compliance is followed.

    •Leads company's compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Department of Labor, workers' compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

    •Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

    •Oversee the annual benefits open enrollments, including preparing and distributing of materials to employees.

    •Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    • Implements and annually updates compensation program; updates job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises, as necessary.
    • Compile and write visa and immigration reports/documents, manage visa expiration dates for all foreign nationals and files cases in a timely manner and provide updates on the visa process as necessary.
    • Ability to work closely with international counterparts to limit workplace issues due to the multicultural nature of our business.
    • Health insurance and 401(k) administration.
    Education and Experience

    •Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

    •5-7 years' experience in manufacturing or distribution environment required.

    •Prior payroll management experience highly desired.

    •Safety Committee Experience is preferred (2-3 years).
    • Experience in a lean environment, including driving KPI's.
    • Bi-lingual/bi-literate English/Spanish or English/Chinese preferred.

    •Proficient with MS Office Suite or similar software.
    • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems, Paylocity experience will be a plus.

    •SHRM-CP or similar certification highly desired.

    Supervisor Responsibilities
    • Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff in the HR department.
    • Oversees the daily workflow of the HR department.
    • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
    • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

    Travel

    This position requires up to 5% local and domestic US travel. Limited local travel may include attending meetings and work sessions in other Yinlun TDI, LLC offices. Mileage will be reimbursed at a predetermined market rate. Individuals must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record and have reliable transportation.
