- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews and participate in candidate evaluation and selection.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
- Identify and address performance issues to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant training initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct regular benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits packages.
- Assist employees with benefits inquiries and facilitate the resolution of any issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the CPG industry.
- English and Spanish language fluency is required.
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
