    Description

    Human Resources Manager

    The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our company's mission and objectives by overseeing all aspects of human resources functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

    Your responsibilities will be:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Conduct interviews and participate in candidate evaluation and selection.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Develop and administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
    • Identify and address performance issues to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness.
    • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant training initiatives.
    • Monitor training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
    • Conduct regular benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits packages.
    • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and facilitate the resolution of any issues.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

    You should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the CPG industry.
    • English and Spanish language fluency is required.
    • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

    Physical demands:

    The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
