The Human Resources Manager is a critical role within DWT, and liaises heavily with both internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate company risk and deliver an excellent employee experience.

They accomplish these goals by ensuring the accurate, ethical, and timely implementation of all policies, procedures and offerings across the Human Resources department, including recruitment, payroll administration, benefits management, employee engagement, and the disciplinary process.

In addition, they oversee the work of other Human Resources team members or external partners.

It is the Human Resources Manager's mission to drive continuous, sustainable improvements in employee satisfaction, retention, development and total compensation, and to identify and execute strategic initiatives that advance the business.


Are You Looking to:


  • Deliver phenomenal Human Resources support and customer service through each interaction with internal customers across the organization?
  • Oversee and support a range of Human Resources tasks, to potentially include: recruiting efforts (i.e. generating offer letters or revising job descriptions), tracking and benchmarking internal salary and benefit offerings against competitors, processing payroll, administering benefits enrolments, organizing and maintaining personnel files, responding to internal Human Resources inquiries, addressing complaints or grievances, managing leaves of absence, tracking the completion of employee appraisals, and processing employee outtake, as needed?
  • Manage a dynamic team, supporting teammates' daytoday delivery of excellence, and their trajectory of growth and development?
  • Liaise regularly with employees across every area and level of the business to find creative solutions to challenges?
  • Continuously further your own industry and fieldrelated knowledge through reading, attending seminars and trade shows, pursuing certifications, and participating in networking opportunities?

Are You Ready to:


  • Identify and spearhead strategic initiatives that continue guiding Deutsche Windtechnik toward "employer of choice" status with its current and future workforce.
  • Develop, manage and continuously improve Human Resources policies and procedures, and ensure their accurate documentation and execution.
  • Remain current on the shifting Human Resources compliance landscape, and liaise with external counsel and internal departments to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Create and facilitate training on topics such as employee engagement, interpersonal communication, and performance review best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and specifications.

What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years working in the Human Resources space in the United States (due to the specificity of labor laws countrybycountry).
  • Prior experience managing one or more teammates, preferably in the field of Human Resources.
  • A strong sense of personal ownership for the quality of your work, and both a proven track record and the knowledge, experience and abilities to drive strategic projects forward.
  • Excellent self
- organization and a level of comfort juggling priorities and working independently.

  • A focus on efficiency, and experience helping craft and finetune policies and procedures for a new or growing team.
  • The ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters with upmost professionalism and discretion.
  • A customer service mindset and stellar interpersonal skills. This should include strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with one or more Human Resources Information Systems ("HRIS").
  • Prior experience working in one or more of the following areas within HR: training and development, Human Resources compliance, employee or labor relations, or total compensation.
  • Willingness to grow and learn, and a desire to take on more as you develop within the organization.
