Job Summary


In this holistic role, you will lead HR initiatives that support the company's growth while prioritizing employee well-being and development.

You will provide direct support to the President and collaborate with employees and managers to meet organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR strategy development and execution as well as compliance with HR regulations in the dynamic automation industry.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and employee relations.
  • Align HR activities to meet organizational goals.
  • Consulting with senior management and guiding managers, supervisors, and staff regarding HR policies, processes, and practices.
  • Installation and management of internal development programs.
  • Manage talent and acquisition activities incl. collaborating with local universities and participating in career fairs.
  • Drive the performance appraisal process for consistency, fairness, timeliness, and effective utilization of the bonus and merit process.
  • HR record keeping of documents and reports.
  • Ensuring proper administration of benefits programs incl. collaboration with thirdparty providers.
  • Providing immigration support for international employees
  • Management of HR budget
  • Drive corporate culture and engagement by facilitating monthly team events.
  • Creating, documenting, and maintaining internal HRrelated processes
  • Developing and executing HR marketing initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Experience & Education

  • Bachelors in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years professional working experience at a manager level
  • Strong background in all aspects of human resource management (HR processes (talent acquisition, performance management, talent planning, incentives, labor relations, etc.)
  • Experience in set up/ management of external payroll and benefits providers is an advantage.
  • Experience with providing immigration support is beneficial.
