Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Oversee HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programs
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts related to HR services
- Stay uptodate with changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HRrelated matters
- Manage leave administration, including FMLA and other applicable leave policies
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of4 years of experience in HR management roles
- Proven experience in budgeting and strategic planning
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Solid knowledge of talent management principles and best practices
- Experience in benefits administration and compliance
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Strong negotiation skills
