    What You'll DoThe Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives across a growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer lifestyle, apparel and footwear brands.

    This cross-functional role will partner closely with copy, design, project management, and merchandising teams to ensure timely development and deployment of on-brand campaigns driving to key business results and helping to achieve sales targets.

    The successful candidate will employ data-driven decision-making, a hypothesis-driven test & learn mentality, and an eye toward constant optimization of initiatives and campaigns.

    What you'll be working onPlanning, execution, and measurement of D2C performance marketing initiatives across a growing portfolio of lifestyle, apparel, and footwear brands.

    Develop and produce advertising campaigns, email messaging, SMS, and other outbound channels; assists with affiliate marketing efforts.
    Understand performance data and present results clearly while making recommendations based on findings. Develop hypotheses for testing and optimization; translate test results into actions. Maintains and improves ongoing reporting as needed. Partner with design, merchandising, operations, copywriting, etc. to establish/maintain marketing calendars and help guide production of accurate marketing assets.

    Brief in all asset needs in a timely manner to allow for copy, design, review, signoff and deployment of campaigns.

    Drive key business outcomes through successful campaign activations across all consumer-facing touchpoints.


    Must Haves:
    3-4 years in a marketing role. B2B/D2C experience preferred. Fashion/apparel experience nice to have but not required.
    Comfortable in a collaborative role with many internal and external stakeholders.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Able to juggle multiple brands/initiatives at once and prioritize independently. Experience with Google Analytics and either email or website production.

    Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business, TikTok advertising, or SMS marketingFamiliarity with customer segmentation and CRM

    Primary Location Salary Range:
