    Description

    Job Title: HR& Admin

    Position Type: Part Time hr per month)

    Location: Boston (Hybrid)

    Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $25-35/hr

    Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):

    • Manage payroll processing, including employee salaries, benefits, and taxes;
    • Administer employee benefits programs and resolve related inquiries;
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations;
    • Handle accounts payable/receivable tasks, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support various HR and accounting projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field;
    • Collaborating with Mandarin-speaking colleagues or partners, proficient Mandarin will be highly preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles;
    • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and accounting principles;
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and accounting software (e.g., GUSTO, QuickBooks);
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
