- Lead the Solutions Architecture team comprised of Solutions Architects
- Define and maintain the overall process, playbooks and Blueprint to ensure Solutions Architects can effectively and efficiently design solutions for prospects and clients
- Support Solutions Architects with any complex or high-profile solution design engagements
- Work with Business Development leadership to ensure alignment of resources in order to effectively support all BD initiatives with solution design
- Work with the Pricing & Risk leadership to ensure continuity and consistency of solution design in alignment with financial and risk parameters
- Collaborate with the Director of Solutions Management to ensure consistency and focus on existing configurable and standardized resources (vs. custom approaches
- Work closely with the Pricing & Risk team to ensure solution design aligns with all financial and risk parameters and to finalize costing specific to client/prospect parameters
- Work closely with the Transition team and Technology teams to ensure process alignment for hand off final solution design (i.e. Blueprint). Engage to ensure post-transition continuity and alignment.
- Experience managing a team
- Experience working directly with clients/prospects in a consultative setting
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fluid and dynamic environment
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing a team focused on solutions
- Consultative approach to client/prospect engagement
- Design Thinking or First Principles mindset
- Understanding of commercial business models
- Experience solutioning people-based service offerings (consulting, legal, janitorial, maintenance, engineering, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience designing and working with playbooks
- Knowledge of Janitorial and/or Maintenance services a plus

Director, Solutions ArchitectureJob Description Summary
The Director of Solutions Architecture is responsible for the Solutions Architecture team, comprised of Solutions Architects, as well as the strategy and execution of client and prospect solution design. The approach is inclusive of evaluating and understanding client's needs and aligning them with existing solution programs and designing an appropriate solution to meet client needs and provide an overall elevated value to the client.To do so, the Solutions Architecture team must consult key subject matter experts and stakeholders as well as visually inspect client sites and operations. In addition, the team will be responsible and accountable for the overall collection of deliverables connected to solution design (collectively referred to as the Blueprint) including any changes throughout the process and during the transition/launch and operating stages.
The Solutions Architecture team will work very closely with the Transitions Team to ensure that any changes required during the operationalization of the solution are captured in the overall Blueprint and communicated to the broader organization. The Director of Solutions Architecture will be responsible for all tools, processes, playbooks and ongoing management approach for the entire team.
