The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of all human resources programs. Their primary responsibilities include ensuring the efficient application of Company policies and standard operating procedures.This role is crucial in reinforcing the Company's transit operations by overseeing employee and labor relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, recruitment, staffing, and various other HR initiatives.
