    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be a key contributor to our clients' success by leveraging your expertise in ERP solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency and client-facing skills to deliver efficient and effective solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with technical teams and clients to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement Salesforce ERP solutions, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations
    • Utilize your techno-functional skill set to provide hands-on support in both development and functional configuration tasks
    • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients, effectively communicating project updates, risks, and recommendations
    • Work alongside senior resources, ensuring effective communication and gathering requirements
    • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in solution design, ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables through thorough testing and validation
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in ERP solutions on the Salesforce platform, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skillset
    • Prioritize client satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering innovative solutions that drive business value
    • Demonstrate self-motivation, work independently, and maintain effective communication with the team and clients

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations
    • Proven experience with ERP products on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Financial Management technology
    • Strong techno-functional skill set, with the ability to engage in both development and client-facing activities
    • Certification in Experience Cloud is preferred, showcasing your expertise in building engaging and user-friendly experiences
    • Additional Salesforce certifications beyond Administrator, such as certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc., are highly desirable
    • Familiarity with management software, preferably Jira
    • Technical expertise in Salesforce tools, including Flows, with APEX coding experience being advantageous
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

    Compensation Statement

    Compensation at Coalescence Cloud Consulting varies depending on various factors, such as role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, we have provided above a reasonable range of compensation for the role described. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change and are not intended to be the only factor considered when making hiring decisions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
