- Provide guidance and direction on the development and implementation of the referral development, community outreach and education efforts/strategies, customer service delivery and support of the patient retention efforts.
- Working in collaboration with the operations leadership, analyze facility progress toward achieving / exceeding goals and objectives and coach, mentor and guide directors and their teams in achieving their growth goals.
- Provide training to directors and facility staff members on topics specific to customer service, front door operations/ inquiry handling, account management and referral development; through individual and group training sessions (in person and virtual).
- Maintains HIPAA standards and regards all medical and healthcare information pertaining to patients and employees as confidential.
- Required travel up to 50% of the time to designated facilities to work with Treatment Center Directors through support and trainings via a variety of platforms to train and coach on referral development and program promotion.
- Collaborates with marketing (marcom and digital) team members, regional directors of operations and others to ensure that centers are positively positioned in their marketplace for success.
- Enhances professional growth and development of self and others through the creation and/or delivery of business development /census growth strategies and trainings in conjunction with the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Conducts patient focus groups to gain insights on user experiences and personal journeys.
- Develops and executes strategies to ensure service line success. Works collaboratively with the RVPs and RDOs to assist with development of strategic initiatives and solutions to improve operations and volume growth at select locations through differentiation and building market preference for the organizations OTP services.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years successful experience in healthcare marketing and sales
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and budget effectively without close supervision.
- Must be a self-starter, creative, proactive, organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills; an inherent curiosity to ferret out opportunities and identify barriers.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Salesforce, e-mail marketing and the willingness to learn new programs as required.
- Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of detail work accurately and efficiently and meet deadlines
- Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices

- Ability to handle stressful situations and interact with others.
- Must be present during working hours for in person or video meetings and access to a computer without violating company policy. 12. Initial and on-going MVR verification and must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with BayMarks policy F&A-115.
