- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers throughout the software development lifecycle. Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the design and implementation of software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements and align with the overall Architecture.
- Design, develop, and test highly scalable Web and API services that support both web and mobile platforms.
- Lead the development of both frontend and backend components of the application using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure the reliability and availability of the application in production environments.

- Over 15 years of hands-on experience in developing Web services and API solutions using various Java-based frameworks.
- Minimum 3 years of proven development experience in frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, VueJS, and Typescript.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Spring Boot, and JavaScript.
- Skilled in building Web User Interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Experience in Domain Driven Design and developing Microservices
- Proficient in documenting APIs with Swagger and testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Spring Test, Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor
- Understanding of Design patterns, 12-factor design principles, and experience in DevOps processes.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, cloud-based solutions, and container management services.
- Experience in developing enterprise cloud-based solutions using Amazon Cloud Computing Services, and deploying container managed services using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

As the Technical Lead, you will steer the technical direction of a new financial services trading platform.
Leading a team of 7 Full Stack Engineers, you will supervise the development process and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy scalable and robust applications on AWS infrastructure.As the team leader, you should be highly skilled in developing user-friendly, customer-focused APIs and features that drive web and mobile online platforms.
