- Design, Develop and Enrich data on Customer Data Management (CDM)
- Configure and maintain the Oracle CDM systems, including data models, hierarchies, data quality rules, and data workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide solutions that support their needs.
- Develop and maintain data mapping rules and transformations to ensure data is properly integrated across the Oracle and NON-Oracle systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot MDM system issues and provide support to end users when they encounter data problems.
- Help build out MDM roadmap and strategies ensuring high quality and scalable solutions.
- Assist operational teams in testing and configuration changes needed to support complex business processes.
- Will work with a broader team to assist in the design of the business layer rules within the Oracle CDM platform.

Mandatory Skills :
o Strong understanding of data modelling, data architecture and data governance principles.
