    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

    o10+years of hands-on experience in Oracle R12 WMS implementations andsupport.

    oStrong knowledge of Oracle R12 WMS, includingfunctional setups, configurations, and integrations.

    oExperience with Oracle Forms/Reports andPL/SQL development.

    oExperience with end-to-end AMS projects andrelating KPIs (SLA etc.)

    oExcellent communication skills tointeract effectively with business stakeholders, IT Management, and technicalteams.

    oCertifications in Oracle R12 WMS or relatedareas (preferred but not mandatory).

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Strong expertise inFunctional and Technical aspects of theOracle WMS in Oracle EBS 12.2.x - Oracle WMS along with goodunderstanding of business process cycles such as Source to Contract, Purchaseto Invoice, Warehouse Inbound Receipts, Warehouse Pick, Pack & Ship, andShipment Transportation

    Strong expertise inFunctional and Technical aspects of the following SCM modules in Oracle EBS12.2.x - O2C Cycle, P2P Cycle, Oracle Inventory

    10+ years ofexperience and deep knowledge of Oracle EBS Support, Maintenance &Enhancements
    1. Configurationof Oracle R12 WMS modules, including facility setups, order types, pickrelease rules, WMS picking and putaway rules, LPN (License Plate Number)management, and item setups.
    2. Wellversed with Oracle MSCA screens and customization, both technically andfunctionally.
    3. Addressfunctional issues promptly and provide effective resolutions.
    4. Implementand optimize Oracle R12 WMS integrations with other systems.
    5. Experiencewith Oracle integration with warehouse automation systems.
    6. Develop,maintain, and enhance custom solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, and OracleForms/Reports.
    7. Troubleshootintegration issues and ensure data consistency.
    8. Troubleshooting data corruption issues and work with product vendor for datafix and permanent fix.
    9. Analyzeexisting warehouse processes and recommend improvements.
    10. Provideguidance on best practices for Oracle R12 WMS utilization.
    11. Conducttraining sessions to educate juniors on Oracle R12 WMS functional
