    Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has an exciting opportunity for a Claims Development Team Technical Lead working out of our Boston, MA office.

    We are looking for a thorough, detail-oriented individual with creative problem-solving skills to work with and lead our development team working on some very complex projects.

    Manage a team of resources, providing major enhancements and bringing new products online with our Duck Creek Claims implementation.

    Work with Management Team on new projects and various ongoing while managing stakeholder expectations.
    Drive analysis/design, development, testing and release planning processes for major releases.
    Take a hands-on role in documenting issues and reporting status.
    Responsible for Claims production release management.
    Experience prioritizing technical enhancements and cross-system projects.
    ~Financial services or Insurance experience required.
    ~ Willingness to work with international team members outside normal business hours.
    ~ Knowledge of Duck Creek or other similar platform a plus.
